There are a lot of black trucks that are awesome. MoPower, Prof, Stinker, Big Worm, Carlwaski, Tone, FastFood, IH8CHEVYS, Black1, Axxel, SRTBrad, BeGood... Too many more to mention. But if I had to chose a favorite that I know I would drive without changing a thing, that would have to be Prof’s mix of Beauty and the Beast..

Here is mine... Still trying to figure out everything that was done to it. Only had 13k miles on it.

Paxton NOVI Supercharged with air to water intercooler. Im assuming 5-6psi boost.

Looks great...with the blower you have a great start on modding....you need to talk to Stinker about lowering her...

ya... im more worried about how it is tuned after reading all these horror stories of boosting on stock motors which is something I am familiar with.

I learned that lesson a long time ago. I am used to having gauges to monitor everything. One of my other cars is 3L V6 Vortech Supercharged running 15psi with meth/water injection.

Maybe ill post pics in the new members section(although it is also a Black Dodge/Mitsu/Chrysler):dontknow:

Start with a dyno to see what your A/F is over the rpm curve.....and you might start saving for forged bottom......but dont get scared about the blown engines here....very low number have blown compared to total and most who have blown have nitrous and/or high boost.........very few have blown motors with low boost.....but yes, it has happened more than a few times..

Dang Roy, I was going to suggest to another member who was asking opinions about nice reliable cars and I was going to suggest Volvo, but didn't
because I have been teased by others that just don't understand the quality

Thanks John...it is my first love...1997 850R Wagon...only 355 made...over 300 hp (turbo charged)...won its class two years in a row on the European Sports Car circuit. Currently has about 156,000 on the odometer. Turns in the high 13's!!!! The head has never been off the engine, it had 4 miles on it when I bought it.

Now that I have ho'd this thread, sorry!!!

My uncle Lee (long passed) only had two auto's in his long lifetime, even though he was well off, both Volvo's.
