    RIP- Pics of Wrecked SRT10's

Son wasn't hurt. (Either during or after the accident). However, I refused to bail him out of jail. (Nor would I let any other family member spring him). He ended up spending three weeks in jail.

Yep. Totalled. Fire wall was cracked. State Farm paid my claim even though my son was not on the policy and drinking was involved.

    RIP- Pics of Wrecked SRT10's

still miss it... A few years ago I went out of town for the weekend. Left truck and keys in the garage. 22 year old son stops by to raid the refrig. Sees the truck sitting there and decides to take it for a spin so as to impress his friends. Didn't make it out of the neighborhood. Classic...

    which one to buy?

Well the SRT Magnum won out. I thought it handled better and looked better than the Charger. Plus I got a better deal on the Magnum than I could on the Charger. As soon as the weather clears up here in Atlanta I will take and post pictures. I'm already checking out mods. B&G has a Stage...

    which one to buy?

As most of you know I lost my truck last month when my son tried to drive it around the block and a tree jumped in the way. As much as I loved my truck, for numerous reasons I've decided to replace it with either a Magnum SRT or Charger SRT. I'm leaning towards the Magnum due to the...

    Truck vs tree update

Right now I don't know what I'm going to buy. The truth is that I'm still in shock... The wing? Of course it survived!

    Viper Plate holder

Seeing that I now have one with no truck to put it on I could make you a good deal on it. MGWltd has a picture on their website. Mine is the black powder coat with red Viper logo.

    Truck vs tree update

Well it's official. State Farm has written it off as a total loss. They want to settle the claim for $32,500 less my $500 deductible. I owe $33,000 so I guess that's another $1000 that my son owes me. I wanted more from them but after checking out Autotrader for other 2004s with similar miles...

    SRT-10 vs an oak tree

The funny thing is that my wife wanted to leave him in jail longer than I did... Maybe I could relate. I know I did my share of "stupid" things when I was his age. The only difference was that I never got that "free" ride in the back of a police car.

    SRT-10 vs an oak tree

I felt worse for my son than I did for the truck. The truck can be replaced. A stupid decision like his could haunt him for a long time. Jail time. Possible loss of license. Heavy court fines. Lawyer fees. Greatly increased insurance. Loss of trust with his parents. (At least for awhile). Could...

    SRT-10 vs an oak tree

So I'm out of town for Thanksgiving with my wife and two daughters when I get a call from my oldest son (22) who stayed at home because he had to work. "Dad, I wrecked your truck" he says. I'm thinking how can that be? You aren't allowed to drive my truck.... Turns out that he had a few...

    Transmission problem

A few weeks ago I started having problems downshifting from 3rd to 2nd. Grinding noise plus the fact that I almost had to pull the shifter all the way back to the seat to get it to go into gear. Took it to my local area Dodge dealer and they agree there is a problem and my service advisor says...
