After changing every sensor ran compression test. no compression on number3. the push rod had not gone into the bucket, so I bent a valve on my new head ...Rookie mistake. ell im getting good at taking these apart and I have a spare rebuilt head.

Update changed Map Sensor, TPS, IAC sensor and the little one in the flex pipe to the air cleaner. No difference last two would be camshaft and crank. But I thought about it and got a better scanner 2 codes came up, number 1 is PO152 O2 sensor bank 2 which makes sense as that would have been the...
NONE. so I a have a new crank sensor, so i will do ALL sensors and see where we go. I put permadex gasket sealer on the stock inlet gaskets as cheap insurance...I Know some will disagree, but I was there no worries.

Ok its all back together with new gaskets (no leaks) new MAP sensor exactly the same issue I took out the IAC and its solid no movement. I think this may be the culprit, so I ordered one going to change the TPS while there. slowly but surely.

Check engine light came on it feels like it's on 9 cylinders. I checked for spark with the tool, all 10 have spark. putting a set of plugs in tomorrow. its either that sensor, a bad plug, or an inlet manifold leak. good part is its running valve train is quiet. I reset to final dyno tune with...
The truck is running really rich, I'm going to swap TPS and IAC. But I also noticed this one. What is it called and does anyone have a part number?

Picked it up and he did a real nice job for $360.00 the culprit is featured valve seat must have cracked during installation, and gave way 9100 miles later.

that exact same thing happened to me mate, check out my posting. The valve seat dislodged, I felt it go onto 9 cylinders, my plug looked like yours.

The valve seat came apart, I got the head fixed for $380.00 plus a valve and 20 seals. Piston has some dings but not bad, Im going to lightly sand with a dremmal and see how it looks, Anyone have the torque settings for re install?
