Come on now, 11.4 on my first pass was killer and on a stock clutch! You will need a A-1000 or greater fuel system to exceed 700 rear wheel. Otherwise, big injectors, SCT or a VEC3 with a 2 bar MAP sensor will get you to the 700 mark.

Stock components will not give you any longevity. When boost is the main power adder, you have to control detonation, which with various pump fuels, no-one can tell you what is coming out the pumps octane-wise. The forged pistons are the first step, but if you are digging into this job, take...

You have to pull the engine to swap rods and pistons. These rods are specific for a .927 pin, which is not a stock pin size. It is smaller. So you need to order a forged set of pistons specific to that pin. They use the standard 481Clevite rod bearings. Ross Pistons for the V-10 run $1299...

The 1500hp rods I use are going on sale. The are normally $2499 and they are on sale for $2299. They use a .927 pin and 7/16" ARP's This is till June 1st. PM me if needed. These Parabolic I beam rods are for forged pistons, boosted applications trying to work safely beyond 600-700 rear wheel.

The 727 is perfect up to 800, but no overdrive. Diesel build up is all you need with a 48re. Most built diesels are 1000lb heavier than any SRT and 1200ftlb built.

T400 is the right answer, the twin turbo I have here has the Suncoast Auto, and we'll see. I Bought a $4500 48re for a big 4x4 blown 850hp stroker Ram, and it is doing fine a year later.

Stinker, I try dude, I did check the forum at 12pm, but I never look in the general, only performance and PM's. This thread started after I went to the dyno, of which I broke and had to thumb a ride home.
