I've got a set of QA1 shocks from a lowered RC. Rears are in excelent condition. Front shocks are in excelent working condition as well, however the post on the top of the shocks have been slightly broken durring the removal process. The nut will catch the threads and will allow the shock to be...
Got your PM, but I think that you have a regular ride height QC. I'm %99.9 sure these won't fit your truck being these are comming off a -1" front -2" rear RC. I just don't want to sell you something that won't work.
Thinking about it. We're expecting our daughter June 18th and I have another 18 month baby girl and an 8 year old son. So it's either the truck or my 03 Viper and to be honest, I like my Viper a little more than the truck.
I just removed the lowering kit from my regular cab truck and am going back to the stock set up. I have a set of QA1 adjustable shocks that are in perfect working condition. The only flaw is with the front shocks, I ended up breaking the flat spot on the top post when I was taking them off...
So here's the scoop. I just got off the phone with Bilstein and they currently do not produce anything for our trucks at this time. He said they have some contract issues with Chrysler. Being in the automotive manufacturing business myself I think he means Chrysler owes them $$ and Bilstein is...
I went to the local auto part store and ordered the complete set of Bilstein shocks for the truck. I keep second guessing them being it seems that anything for our truck is damn neer impossible to pick up from the local store. The shocks are in and the part numbers are BE5-2550-H1 and...
Driving home last night and the damn truck just died. It was like I just turned the key off. I coasted into the closest parking lot and popped the hood, I figured it was a wireing problem being that just before the truck died the check engine light went on and it started running real rich. This...
After dicking around with this for the past couple days, it just seemed to fix itself. The check engine light went off all by itself and the A/F guage looks like everything is running like normal. I guess the truck just had a brain fart, I guess that'll happen at 75,000 miles.
So here is where I'm at now.
1. Switched the #4 injector with the #2 injector and still pulled the P0204 code
2. Checked voltage and ohms for the #4 and #2 injector plugs and both pulse the same.
So the wires and injectors themselves seem to be working normaly, so I have to believe it's...
I'm getting voltage to the injector, so this has to be a ecm issue. I have a flash for my nos set up maybe it needs a reflash. Would I be able to swap out the ecm from the 03 viper to the 04 truck to see if that solves the problem or is that a bad idea?
Swapped the injectors and still get the P02024 code, so that has to be either a wireing problem or a ECM problem right? Is there anything else I can do to narrow it down?
It sure does. Without reseting the PCM, the AF gauge is normal and then it shows it's running rich after it goes into the open loop. So would that mean the injector's stuck open? I guess I can swap it with an injector from my 03 viper to find out, right?
