Got a PM form GMAN who lives in PCB and is the sales mngr at the local dealer! He is willing to help us out organizing things w/ the track!
those rooms can be booked at the moonspinner condo's at any time now i think i posted a link at the beginning of this thread can re do it if i need to.
talked with the condo yesterday, those planning on attending they told me you can go ahead and reserve your rooms this is close to spring break so the earlier the better the rates wont be published until january but she told me they havent changed in the last few years so they should stay the same as posted earlier. she did say if they changed we could cancel at that time. i dont think finding another one would be a big deal. just a little fyi.
