2004 SRT 10 with 1926 miles on it

This is the most action a thread has seen since........... So long ago I can't even remember.

Welcome to the VTCoA!

Way do you think that is, :) I think its great you guys have been a lot of help.. I still need to know what you guys are putting in your tranny?

Im going to change the oil and do a tranny service as well .. Not don't 100% sure what to put back in it.. I looked on redline they are telling me not D4???
\

I put ATF +4 in mine, it is noisy at idle with the clutch out but it shifts so smooth compared to the gear oil.

I want to run redline in it, I see a lot of guys using D4.. Idk ill have to keep looking into it. seems like some many ppl are doing different things.

I have heard good things about redline D4 but I get the Mopar fluid for cheap so that's what I run.

See what I mean! you guys are killing me idk what to put in it.. lol I want to put redline D4 in it but not if most of you are not doing it.. this this truck had 40k on it i would not really care but it has 2000 miles on it.. I want to baby it! lol well for a little bit!

All of the suggestions are good choices, you won't be wrong with any of them.

Anyone know how much it takes?. and is it a job to flush old out?

Ahhhh... Another '04 silver. Welcome. What part of NY?

Other than the blue VCA, silver is 2nd rarest color for 2004. I don't know if it's true but rumor says it's also the quickest color to boot.:D
You wouldn't happen to know her build number out of 3057 that year would you? That should be one of the first things you find out... Build number and birth date. Mine is also silver, build #1900 born 04/29/2004.

Where's Jeff when you need him? He would know according to your VIN#.

With that low of miles you got yourself a virtually new beast. Take care of her and she will take care of you. I'm barely pushing 72k miles and she still drives smooth as when I bought her spankin' new 10 years ago. I lowered her to lose that wacked stance. Get with JMB Justin and JTSVP Performance for your visial and performance modding needs if that's your thing.
