Hi JT,
Yes you were off 75 feet shame on you lol. Brad is still up at Mike's got a few things on that he brought with him. He has all the Nos hooked up but the switch. The switch was not in the box when we got it but it is all good Brad is going to get a different switch instead. I am glad you got your stuff you were waiting for.
Peace,
Jayme

Over on the "L" site they are saying "a kill is a kill"..."he red lighted, so I just let him go"...

the guy didn't even know I red lighted.
that sounds like a typical ford owner.

Typical BS. It sure doesn't look like he "let him go on the video" maybe someone ought to go over there and post it...

Even if the guy next to you redlights you still complete your run. If for no reason other then trying to beat your own best time.

Not if you are in an "L" and want to claim a victory over a SRT 10! I think he was hedging his bet...wanted to claim a kill once he saw the red light! Typical for those weak machines.

couldn't agree more

I talked with him a bit before and after he got me to race him (I lost) and he seemed like a decent guy. He did want to claim a kill on a srt-10 but who here doesn't like getting the kill on a L when you can?

As I see it, he did ok, beat one, lost one. over a fun day :)

We all like Kills, but I'm not going to claim a kill on a red light then drive slower so no one sees my time and realizes that I'm actually slower then the guy who redlighted. Did the L win the race, yes due to the red light. But which one of those 2 on the video was faster? Hell I redlight all the time but I still go for time. And it's not like the L drove 5 seconds slower as he coasted down the track. He still ran less then 14 seconds which means to me he stayed in it. Now if had a 16.5 at 83 mph then I would agree that he just gave up because the SRT redlighted. Hell actually I would still try to beat the other car to the finish line so I could brag I beat them even with a redlight.
