Fitted for NOS

My suggestion is to put a WOT switch and or RPM switch for 3000-5800 RPM. We tend to run lean already in the low RPMs, even with Flash and VEC. Also, high in the timing down low in the RPM band. Then that "Open Loop" will throw his ugly cranium into the mix. But hey, thats just me.

he is really going to like me when the motor blows up....:D
 All Dan's thinking is ..... where I'm going to park a Q/C for about 6/wks.! lol

Quick

I think the Jato rocket in the bed would be a much cheaper alternative to all this..... Going with Mike's original idea

Mike is definately gonna smoke his motor.....he knows it...but it sure will be a fun 20k investment that hell never get back. We all suffer from the same disease....

Hmm, when your motor does go.... can I take dibs on any parts remaining?

(Notice it's not if it will go.... now it's just a matter of time.... but oh well, it will be fun!)

nowwhat will probably have a blown motor by the time they actually do it

LOLOLOLOL knowing his luck it wont!:D

I am trying to blow it.....:D ....hehehe....actually I believe DC can get me 750 rwhp on stock internals.....we will see...

That would be awesome bro, especially out of an auto, like I told blake earlier, the most I have seen is on a gen II motor, with stroker cam heads andit was in the low 900's , so dude with stock internals gen III auto? 750 would be awesome!

the fastest guy down the track is going to be the one who finds the right rwhp for the traction......I want to hit the 60' with everything I got..but..anything north of 700 is going to be a problem on any track....that is why my NOS will be on a trigger....not a WOT sensor..

That is sooooooo true bo, me and blake talked about this also one time, the perfect traction area should be in the 700 area but much over 800 is goiing to be overkill, and take major mods to hook it up.

trigger is cool, that will work great:D Talk with Chris also if you find the sweet spot for it, you can also get a programmer for nos, which will kick it on at the times you want it.

the problem with a programer is the damn tracks change day to day....hour to hour...I used to see Vprpwr be on and off his trigger seems to work.....who knows....:D

cool, go with a cat back of your choice, delete the cats(a must), get sims to take car of 02's , go with bellanger or mopar long tubes(personally like bellanger) a CAI cold air intake of your choice, msd wires,(better tranfer of voltage) a good open throttle body,or port the stockone, add a 170 thermostate, use a good 5w30synthetic oil,buy the vec II from Jimmy(freakin killer deal they sell for $1000) and you should be all over 480rwhp!
Add a good gen II cam and later do the heads($3500) and you should be dead on or over 500hp.. The secret will be the dyno tune, find a good tuner in the area, which is where?
