I don't think its a wrap i remember seeing awhile ago a way to do some mono chroming style painting it was like a wash almost.

Something about that front lip and the ground (no shadow) just doesnt look right man, Im gonna have to say this is a CGI placed on a backdrop...

Photoshop my friends. The brakes look odd too.

I have seen those "chrome" cars. I saw a chrome CLS550 in St Augustine a few months ago.

It really wasn't that nice...
