Okay, Bear Creek it is. Although I can impressively prepare horse dung I'd rather not. Okay, let’s get this LIST crackin': Place your screen name next to an item you can account for. Also feel free to add to the list any items of interest or stuff not mentioned that you will bring.

FOOD LIST
----------

1) Hamburgers - Ironhead
2) Hot dogs and buns – Venom Power
3) Fajita meat – Venom Power
4) Smoked sausage and Bratwurst – Venom Power
5) Hamburger buns – Ironhead
6) Beer - BYOB
7) Sliced cheese (American, cheddar, Swiss) -
8) Condiments: Mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and relish (enough for above items) -
9) Onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles (enough for above items) -
10) Various chips and dips – Venom Power
11) Various cookies -
12) Paper towels and napkins -
13) Paper plates, cups and plasticware -
14) Charcoal – Ironhead
15) Brisket – Venom Power
16) Baked Beans - Ironhead
16) Soft drinks –
17) Old blankets –
18) Ice –
19) Chairs (I will bring a couple) -

We STILL need a head count before figuring out quantities. It would be a waste of time, money and energy (not to mention a major disappointment) to bring enough food to feed so many people if only a handful attend. Also, offering to chip in on items would work as well..

anthony,

i will throw some green your way.

Yeah Sanchoba it would be real kewl if you could attend. I can call Blaine to see if he will make it. But I am sure he is paying attention to this thread somewhere.

Z, green will work.:D You know  I am always happy to get food and stuff together for friends, :dontknow:but at times it's not financially easy.

Trey, I THINK Ironhead mentioned that Bear Creek has pits already. I don't know their size or if they can accomodate the amount of grub we will be chowing on. I have a drum grill that we can use, but I would need your assistance in shipping it to the park... Unless you have one that you'd rather bring.

Come to think of it, the Brisket and smoked sausages should be done before we get to the park.:eating: Only burgers, daawgs and bratwurst need to be cooked there so :dontknow:we probably wouldn't need a large grill anyway.

Break creek has a plethora of grills..........................

Man I can't wait, hopefully i'll be out of this hell hole.

This Rig is one problem after another, and the language barrier is proving to be a bitch.

hope i dont get into trouble for posting this but i might have some srt-10 tee shirts for sale by then ,,,only have large and extra large for now ,,i will have them at park ,,,i am not making any money on these,, me and one other guy wanted some but we had to buy 20 to get a decent price!!

Josh, it looks like on post #104 Trey said he was bringing the cheese and list of condiments. However, the cookies, sliced onions, pickels, and tomatoes seem to be good enough.:D

With the small amount of people on the attendee list (according to how many confirmed members are in Houston and surrounding areas) it's starting to look like all this effort will be an overkill to say the least. We'll keep everything going forward as planned for the 15th at Bear Creek. But if by the 11th we don't have enough members slated to show up :dontknow: this may end up being BOYSL (Bring Your Own Sack Lunch)...

That's JUST what Z-man and I were thinking Trey... Or go out somewhere afterwards.. It'll be less work and more time for relaxing and playing fer shur...:D

whatever happends :burnout: we will make the best of it:rock: and it will be goood times:elefant:
