How bout some pictures of work you've done, honestly none of us know who you are or what you've done so asking for people to line up for a 10k turbo kit seems a little crazy to me.:dontknow:
If the mods here would let me, I would do it in a heartbeat. I just do not want to step on anybody's toes, that's all.
Justin from JMB has seen one of my systems on a Gen 2 Viper back in the day at Joe Donovan's(PBJ's) shop. I think he was also around when it made 1300+ RWHP on Donovan's dyno....
Hey, I figure there are at least that many guys out there that have gone the supercharger route and are maxed out for either what the supercharger can flow or what their stock motor can hold since the supercharger takes about 100-150 RWHP to spin depending on the boost level being run.
So if someone can make 100 more RWHP(peak number) over a blower and have all the extra area under the curve that twin turbos afford, it is really like having 200 more RWHP than the blower setup. I know this from personal experience from when I had a supercharger making almost 900 RWHP with a built motor and then bolting on a pair of turbos like what can be fitted on this system I am offering and making similar mile acceleration times and MPH on almost 1/2 the boost and waay richer on the AF....
My built motored ported heads supercharged Viper went 0-200 MPH in 1 mile in 28 seconds on a 30 degree night around X-mas on 13 PSI and about 12.5:1 AF with a split second.
I did a TT Viper on a stock motor, stock heads on 7 PSI @ 10.0:1 AF on a 70 degree night in 28.5 seconds @ 197 MPH with AEM.
Considering the airflow difference between stock heads and ported heads, I think saying 1/2 the boost especially considering the super richness of the TT car, this says it all that a slightly less than 700 RWHP Viper was as fast and quick as a supercharged Viper making about 200 RWHP more.
So based on this and the fact that the system is capable of making 1400+ RWHP, I would expect there would be at least 15-20 guys who would be interested in such a setup especially considering the TT on the stock motor will give the performance of a blower packasge of about 200 more RWHP.
I threw out the 15-20 number so I could get the cost down and offer a fantastic price for such a well packaged system that will look like a million bucks on your trucks because you will be able to see the turbos and wastegates. This system will have it all, OEM style super compact packaging, affordability, scaleability, reliability(like all the other TT systems I have built for the Viper so far), ease of installation, Gravity oil drain on the turbos, nice sized air filters, etc......
If there are not as many, I will have to see what I can do on the pricing for lower volume.
Is there anybody in the western suburbs that can swing by and see the setup and show me their SRT-10 truck?
Thanks!
