Jan 19/20th - West Coast and AZ GTG, and Track Day.

So we have decided to hang in the hotel parking lot on Saturday thats are GTG?

So lets make it official. Meet at the hotel parking lot (holliday Inn, Goodyear AZ) and from there we can decide where to grab some grub or decide to go somewhere else.

What is a good time to start the gathering? I am thinking around 3pm or so. Not sure when check in time is but for us traveling we can check in then haul butt to somewhere else.

So lets hear some objections or make it official. The time can be adjusted to whatever. Just trying to make it a little easier for the traveling group.

I can be there earlier too. Then all of us could grab some grub. It is no problem for me. Who knows I might get there sooner than what the google map says. I usually get there faster than the google time.

Ok, here is the Info....

For us to drive up and meet at the 15/10 interchange, it would be a total of 477 miles to destination.

For the LA guys to come down to caravan out, it would be 468 Miles.

9 miles isn't too much, but if you add 5 vehicles, its about 50 extra miles combined.

So IF we do want to meet and caravan together, it would be more effective to head south on the 5, and meet down here. If you guys decided you want to go with that, we can meet the other northern guys at the Gila-Bend (Hwy 85) / HWY 10 interchange.

It takes roughly 1.5 hour from LA to SD and roughly 5 hours to Phx. (no stopping). Meet at my house, since its pretty centrally located to Jack, Voodoo, and the east county guys...

We will fill up at the chevron by my place (one of the cheapest around), and then hit the freeway.

Departure LA - 5:30AM
Arrive @ RedSrt007's - 7:00AM
Departure RedSrt007's - 7:15AM
Gas Stop around Yuma / Grab a Snack - 9:00-10:00 AM
Lunch & meet the north guys - 1:15PM- 2:15PM (at the Gila Bend / 85 & Hwy 10)
Arrive in Phx - 3:15 (approx after Fueling up / Lunch / etc..)

We dont have to take a long lunch / break and be there a little quicker, this is just a basic route.

Knock about 50 miles off that route... your map is showing going to the way east valley, the meeting site, hotel, etc.. is all in the west valley (closer to cali).
