Roy, they do not do the lugs or the centercaps. And you're right, with the unmounting,mounting and rebalancing, there is definitely some hidden costs that one should plan for.

mopower1958 said:Roy the way he explained it to me was, They can spray a rough surface such as an intake with their primer. It will fill in the low spots,then they come back and spray on their coating,then clear coat,then put in a vacuum chamber to cure. No need to smooth the surface before hand.
