I must have been on auto pilot when this year's national meet took place :motz:BECAUSE I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT!!!!! But that's my fault so I am definately down to attend this years event. I look forward to meeting you manics so I can reflect on it next year this time and have more mushy remarks for Christmas 2007. We will certainly need a poll for head counting if we're to do a group rate deal like Mikey siad. Count me in for sure.

Just wanted to update that a little it was starting to wear me down

Do we have a line on a tent yet?
The one last year was great, but with as many trucks showing up this year, we may want to get a 2nd (smaller) one. Just a thought.

Also, whomever does the tent, could you PLEASE ask the event folks if we could use Gate B to enter? That way we don't have to have gigantic trucks travelling through the entire event in order to get to our tent.

Yeah the more we can know about this the better. I am hoping some of the AZ guys can meet up with us TX guys while driving up there. I will likely start on my way Thursday morning August 9th.... In Dallas in 4 hours to meet up with Mr. Holden (TYF) then wherever else from there onward to the Nats. It's gonna be about a 17 hour trip from my place in Houston..

VP- there were a few guys (mostly in CA) talking about shipping their trucks via car carrier to Nats and then flying in/out of Columbus.
I'm not sure if that's an option for you, but I thought I'd toss it out there.

If not I could just roll out there. 17 hours isn't much with the amount of entertainment I have... But it'll be kewl to run with other members if they are driving.
