tom the problem with your idea is that the 06's have a 4.56 the 05's a 4.56 and the 04's a 4.10 so there is no different gearing to be had:dontknow:

Very few out there have changed to the 4.88's

I will call in the morn and ask a few q's guys and get this thing rollin.

Nowwhat, would DC performance be an option for ya'll? As far as delivery and install?

So if I have 4.56s would changing to 4.88s make much of a difference?

I wish I could, but not at this time. Tony I was at DTS this past saturday, and I found out that the building in warren is where they do all the installs. The custom work you are having done is accually done at their Ionia Michigan location. I have never been there. A very good deal though.

allright fellas this is the way he had me do the measurements, if you want to measure yours to be sure, that wuold be great, I dont know how well I took them ,but to the best of my ability.
Just so you dont get a wrong axle , I would suggest measuring, this is from my RC and fixin to go see if the QC is the same

raise truck, remove rims, and support axle, remove and lower rear stabalizer if ya got one(15mm)

overall length= put a straight edge on the outside of the rim mounting surface on each side and measure
i got69 7/16 inches

shock mount center to center, this was a pain due to them being offset.
so I measure from the outside mounting surface of rotor to the center of shock mount and got 18 1/16 inches doubling that and subtracting from overall length I got 33 5/16 inches from center to center of shock mount.

width of shock mount got 1 5/8 inches

width of spring mount got 2 5/8 inches

from center to center of spring mount 49 7/16 inches

Also he needed the degree of the mount for the shock which is a tad tricky but I got the mount at 15 degrees

also the size of the hole for the shock bolt I got 5/8 inch

now there is one more that is a pain, the center of the pinion in accordance to the axle.

I could find no good way to do this, my tank was in the way on the drivers side
so I measure from the pass side outside mounting surface to the center of the u joint and got 34 1/8 inches and from center to passenger side 35 5/16 inches. so they are offset.

the only differences I have found so far is the QC has the spring perch on top RC on bottom.

If ya'll could check these or even some of them it would be a great help, second opinions are a lifesaver
