Hello my name is andy. I'm stationed in South Dakota working as a b1-b specialist. I just got my 05 black SRT-10 2 weeks ago and love everything but the gas mileage. I was expecting bad mpg so who cares. Only thing i got done to it so far is replacing the back 2 cats with straight pipes, and removing the mud flaps. I have lots of things I want to do before a car show in Feb. I want to go for a green acr viper look with little bits of green viper stuff. I am trying out all the forums to see which one i like the best.

Thanks

Welcome... Stationed at Eglin AFB FL. Couldnt be further apart.
Truck looks good, but i would delete the engine bay pic until you detail that thing. Dont think ive ever seen one that rough. Get that truck sitting about 2 inches lower and it will set it off. Talk to Stinker JTSVP.com

BTW, i bet that hemi parked beside you is green with envy

You came to the right one, The others are too slow. Welcome to the VTCOA from Chattanooga, Tn.

Welcome! This is the more active srt10 forum out there, so I think you will like it here.

Welcome from GA.

As for forums. I haven't been a SRT owner for long, but a LONG time Dodge fan. I think this is the best forum out there. The info here is never ending and if you can't find an answer, some one here can answer it.

Welcome aboard. Keep us posted as to what mods you make. And a sure cure for the poor gas millage is to quiet utilizing all 500 horses.... ;)

Welcome to the RBC!!! And run while you can.....this forum is addictive and full of crazy people! I know I can't drop the habbit! Seriously though, a good group of people here that keep it informative and entertaining. Stationed at Luke in AZ myself.

You guys know any good products or techniques in cleaning the engine bay besides going to a car wash and using the engine cleaner setting?

welcome from Cenrtral IL. most boring place on earth.

you have most deff come to the right placew. this is the best VT forum by far. but be careful in the offensive threads. you might get hurt:D

best thing to clean the engine is some water RO water and good old fasion elbow grease. go through it with a hose and a degreaser if necassarry. looks like u just have a dirt/dust/sand problem. so spray it off an then go back in there with some armourall and a spray bottle of RO water to ghet rid of the water spots.

good luck bro. dont post pics like that anymore either. its disrespectful:aetsch::aetsch:hahahaha

and again, welcome to the best VT forum on the interweb

Welcome to the club! Just wait till you get bit by a " Mod Bug", Then you've had it and spare cash will be a thing of the past! Lol. Enjoy your stay here and you said there's other Viper Truck sites??? When did they start???? Lmao . Crack open a cold one and enjoy your stay. :)

Thanks i am already having the mod bug, I've been reading alot on here, mostly about building the tranny. I am deploying again in about 10 months and i will def be sending my tranny to HTS from what im reading. I really like the roe super chargers and how they look so that will be another thing i want someday. But until then i have a car show in feb that i want to enter with my roomates turbo 350z and i want to get as much stuff as i can done before that. Thanks for the welcomes.
