Is there a conflict with me trying out again? I can step down if there is. I just wanted to show off my somewhat new look with stock oem black wheels and a tonneau cover.

No conflict

Every truck is eligible every month, only the winners will be eligible for Truck of the Year, so hypothetically, if one truck truck wins every month, it's a shoe in for truck of the year, decade for that matter

I was not saying that to make a problem . I just thought i noticed the truck . Truck looks great by the way .

Since you are already in the running for TOTY, you should let others duke it out. Spirit of competition.

Here's the process of mine so far.... First stage

I would usually vote for Sammy as he has my favourite Quad Cab but, BADASS-SRT gets my vote this time. :) I have seen a few of these TOTM polls go to some rather stock trucks sometimes it's hard to see what makes them different from a bone stock truck, maybe a new shifter handle? maybe a new CAI? so it's FANTASTIC to see more trucks like BADASS-SRT's with a lot of attention to detail, vision, a clean and an effective colour scheme and thought. ;) Lots of great trucks but BADASS-SRT's truck gets my vote, just too much time, effort and money to ignore. Best of luck to everyone!

I was in the running for TOTY for 2011 and did not win. I wanted in this month so that I could have a shot at it again this year.

Thank you Bro.

i have a lot of money in my truck from chrome wheels to lowering kit different emblems, stand out interior, and tons of engine mods. but at the end of the day i want my truck still looking like it was produced that way. and in time these trucks that are as close to the factory look will be what people want to buy and bring far more money. just watch any big auto auction people bid half the price on ones that are over the top.they want factory looks in what they collect

Im the same way with my truck. Hell I was like that with my bagged and body dropped S10, thing would lay the rockers on the ground but when I was driving it looked like a factory S10 with Z06 wheels.

Hahahaha. You didn't quote me (but you didn't need to) as it's kinda obvious that your little rant is in response to my post. If it is, no need to take it to heart mate. ;) It wasn't directed at you, if you read it correctly it was in regards to trucks that ARE bone stock that win, with maybe a shifter mod or something very minute. It makes me scratch my head and wonder why we have TOTM if bone stock trucks are winning against guys (like yourself) who spend time and money making them into tidy and respectable toys with love and effort.

In regards to your post, sooooooo, in short, you built your truck for re-sale and other people/future owners??? :dontknow: I don't. I build my cars for me . I have yet to hear anyone complain or disrespect my truck for being as you say, "over the top", but, I'm not arrogant enough to think everyone will like what I build and to each their own. I'm pretty sure if I put The Batram up for sale it'd pull a fair amount of coin vs. a stock truck, now or in time.....but, I couldn't careless because it's staying put and I'd never sell it, I didn't build it for someone else to enjoy. :) No hard feelings! Cheers!
