Poll: B&M or X-Metal Shifters
VTCOA Lads,
After doing countless searches on this forum and talking/emailing owners, it's quite a mixed bag on which shifter really offers the best upgrade over stock. Everyone has differences and tastes when it comes to how they row but being as though there are only 3 or 4 options for us regular cab owners, it's quite an important topic. Pleas vote and state why you prefer zed shifter over the other.
I currently have a X-Metal Gen-X in mine, never driven an SRT/10 so can't comment on stock. I just did a little research back when I came here and wanted them to install it during the RHD conversion. If it's as bad as some say, I'll be moving to the B&M camp. I'm not a fan of Boomers "professionalism" or therefore lack of it but I would never let that sway my decision, if it's a good product I'll say so regardless. Please state which shifter you have when you reply. The more input the better.
Cheers,
Carlwalski
