ROE RACING

Continuity check every solder on the VEC connection...every one!

Water proof box is a very good idea!

Mine has a Viper head on it! (From Eddie!)

ok, some update for the die hards.... :D :D :D

Vec install done , water tight box , solderd connections...
MSD wires , spark plugs ... was buzzy awhile with routing wires , wanted to be nice ... removed separators inside stock wireclamps so they could hold easy 2 of the new 8 mm wires and extra clamps for the remaining upon place ....also extra attention that wires would not rub against firewall were they turn around valve covers each side in the back of the engine...

Base plate SC installed ... perfect
2 injectorwires were facing downwards, so had them free and up ....

Cut out a piece on the intersection of the stock gasket passenger side rear because i see there the wire boom is high and the injectorwires for #10 would be pulled against the aluminium gasket ....

so i think i'm for the final things... the SC !!! :elefant: :elefant: :elefant: :elefant: :elefant:

come and see next week  .......... :D :D :D :D

About time...slow poke!

Slow poke is a cowboy term for someone that is very slow to "get her done"...when it comes to installing a supercharger it is a negative term when it comes to your wife or girl friend they consider it to be a positive characteristic...

ok , so this evening i installed the blower... :elefant: my son was going to help me but couldn't come within 2 hours so i did it alone....:( pretty heavy thing to hold so far away... hope i don't feel my old back tomorrow... :D
scratch a little bit the liquid silicone gasket in front but once resting on the four centering pins you can easely refill the gap before letting it drop in place...

so tomorrow i plan the injectors and rails ... TB and extensions for them cables....

is this thread really coming to a end ? :dontknow: .......:p :D :D

Take your time,
Doing it slow is better than doing it twice!!:D

hhhmmm.... got 3 sets from local speed shop... junk.No good to my standard  :D

so , did it temperaly with zip ties ... would like to have those which clamp a number of wires and bolt together. So i can clamp the loose ones with one of the 2 which are running in the stock holders.

Ideal would be as the stock ones but bigger... :dontknow:

Got an E-mail from Barry Grant...

His message:

"42,000 miles 27,000 with the Roe..."

Sure wish he would come back on the site...he could have been a great resource.
