The cam was degreed and found only .5 a degree out. Can't complain about that.
Valve to piston clearance checked. Plenty good.
The pushrods are a smidge long to get the roller pattern in the middle of valve stem. So instead of 7.600" we will use 7.500" which gave us the exact roller pattern on the valve stem.
It is starting to look very serious.

Absolutely!Ronnie was right 7.600" pushrods are too long, but 7.400" is also too short.
That is why I have my engine man check every detail.
