You cant replace the O-Rings ?View attachment 68450View attachment 68451
Started the job of putting it back in.
A few issues.
The clutch release bearing is different, no idea how to fit or even if it does fit.
Fuel hose connector to fuel rail has broken o rings so that won't go back on.
Probably just cut the swaged fitting off further back where it is attached to the pipe and replace it with 8mm hose.
Yes the motor sitting there looks pertty .. but clean up a couple pully's and that dirty looking zit of a Alternator hahaha . Polish up the thermostat housing alsoOoooh! Looks so nice! Good luck working out the bugs!
Ok i got it ,, I call it the throwout bearingYou cant replace the O-Rings ?
My thought is using a piece of hose with the fuel pressure being higher on fuel injection and using a new more Hp fuel pump may not be the best thing and possibly rupture over time .. at least something to look into .
Im not sure what the clutch release bearing is or where its located ????
Yes!!!! NEVR DULL lolYes the motor sitting there looks pertty .. but clean up a couple pully's and that dirty looking zit of a Alternator hahaha . Polish up the thermostat housing also
