Hello and Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas to all!!

Intake Passages are left on the rough side as the air then flows over a boundary layer instead of fighting friction created by a smooth surface.

Think golf ball dimples as the balls will travel further through the air with them, than without; among other advantages...

Yes, I saw that video a while back...
Stock Viper blocks are fine up to about 1000 horsepower before they start squirming around, then power is lost through a break in cylinder sealing. That's why I recommend the Program Main Caps (or equivalent).
I dont know how dropping sleeves into thin air and welding them into what's left of the block would support triple that power.
More research required, I guess...
But it doesn't make any sense at this point and I'm sure there's more to it.

When you visit Kanada, you may feel right at home, as the prices are the same as they are in Cali.
It's just we get stung an additional 42+ % with the exchange rate while we are here visiting.
YOU however, will be elated at the massive point of purchase discounts at the checkouts while in the Frozen North with American cash!
