I hope our conversation has convinced you to keeping the twin to my truck here where it belongs!! You will get it figured out, talk to Kevin and drill those holes, it will for sure help if not get rid of your problems!!
Just stand back and take a break from it , you can't let it go, I've been thinking of letting mine go............ But I don't think I will unless someone has an '08 ACR with a blower or turbo on it they want to swap!!???
 
It's clean under the hood but the AC/Heater delete kills it for me.:(

As it stands right now I have one last thing to try with my belt, thanks Joe for the info. I need a few days to see if it works as I am currently unable to work on the truck until next week. Ill keep ya all posted what I end up doing.

The fellow who is interested in the body will also be letting me know if he is interested in buying it for the Cummins conversion by the end of the weekend. As it stands it looks like I could easy part it out and make much more than selling it in one piece.
 
You need to see this truck in person. It is fantastic! :rock::rock:

I made the modifications Joe suggested and so far all my belt issues are long gone. Time will tell, but it's amazing what a few 1/8" holes will do ;)

The problem before was that the belt was extremely inconsistent in what it would do, making it impossible to make changes to get it to track straight. Now that I made the modification, the belt travels slightly to the engine side when at full throttle but at least it is consistent so now I have something to work with.

Meet too, man I can't wait to actually finish a tuning session and see what this bitch will do.

Maybe the third time I fly Chris to Canada will be the charm!

What's it worth to ya? Lol.

I have read hundreds of threads and potential fixes for a cog that doesn't run true, but this was the first time I heard of what I did. Took maybe 20 minutes and vuwalla.
 
So the truck is off the market? Please say it's off the market......
