Weight loss thread!!!! Anybody wanna join inn??? I'll start.

i am not posting my weight but i will join and post my weight loss wife and i started last week new scale came in yesterday so we are going to weigh in every friday am so i will try posting what i have lost/gained every week to join in :) but too embarrassed about how heavy i have gotten since my accident years ago.
 
friday weighed in and had lost 4.6lbs from monday afternoon (new scale finally came in) 2/1 to friday am 2/5
 
188.5 on monday morning....been doing pullups every day and my back is getting alot wider.

great pullups test. do a set of pullups every minute, and the reps to be done is the minute number you are on. clock runs continually so...
minute 1 = 1 pullup
minute 2 = 2 pullps
minute 3 = 3 pullups
and so on...in the beginning you get alot of rest

i burnt out in minute 16 and couldnt finish it,
 
255 for me today. My loss is going slow but at least it's working.
