Trainman derailed Justins NA's E.T. record and Robert's trap speed record this weekend in Sacramento CA (S.I.R.). The new record was not video taped due to piercing and tattoe healing issues. However the timeslip proof will drown Justin's SHORT lived record and Roberts l o n g standing trap speed record.

The new record is 12.35 @ 113.22 MPH. :congrats: :congrats:

Congrats Trainman (Jerry). Your full head of steam has landed you the new world record.   I have a feeling Justin's tail will be between his short legs.;)

Justin take some notes from the WEST COAST and bow down to the masters of the track.;) :D  :marchmellow: :marchmellow: :marchmellow: :marchmellow: :marchmellow:

Justin (ArrestMeRed04) had a 12.38 at around 111 mph trap. Trainman just unified the WEST COAST record.

Brad couldn't make it because his daughter is having serious health issues. I was all by myself this weekend, no way to film...sorry. I will have Brad post the time slip if I can get it to him, I don't know how to scan and post images, sorry. Trainman

so that extrude honed stock intake got ya a little over a 1/10 of a sec, jerry ?

congrats on the new ET trainman!! :congrats:

More like a real boost on the high end, I was comparing my previous best of 12.496@ 110.55 with the new record. Here is a breakdown of both runs and you will see that the new intake really came on after the 1/8 mile. First the 12.49 run: 60'=1.860, 330'=5.220, 1/8 =8.011, 1000'=10.454, 1/4= 12.496,1/8 mile speed=90.32 mph, 1/4 mile speed= 110.55 mph.
12.35 run: 60'=1.951, 330'=5.238, 1/8=7.987, 1000'= 10.350, 1/4= 12.354, 1/8 mile speed= 89.364, 1/4 mile speed= 113.224 mph.
It looks like most of my ET gain was after the 1/8 mile. Maybe the air ramming in was making the intake work even better than on the dyno! The speed really improved. Now if I could just knock 2/10ths off the 60' down to 1.75 then that would be 4/10ths at the 1/4 mile and Voila 11.954!!!!
