Not trying to be an ass either. But, it looks like the last attempt, had nothing to do with an '06 truck. Us '06 owners just want our spot on the website banner. Cody did not mention anything about the traveling banner, so dont really know why you posted a link.:dontknow: But whatever. Like anything else, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

What facts Jeff? You sited links that had nothing to do with '06 owners requesting a change. They did request change because they felt it was time, which I totally understand why the owners would not change. But now you have paying members that are simply asking for one '06 truck to be on the website banner. It's a matter of principle and a little pride.

Yes, everyone would like to see their trucks represented in the banner. As Jeff stated, this has come up multiple times in the past. You will notice that 06's are not the only truck missing, there are no Silver... and if you were going to represent 06, then there is Inferno Red, Mineral Grey, NR... in 2 door and Quad Cab.

Based on precedent already set, there will be no change. If there were to be a change, everyone would personally want their own truck put on the banner. The banner is a symbol for our community and group. We are well represented by the banner we have.

Both sides of the argument are valid.

None of us '06 guys are asking for one of each color, model or special edition. On the contrary. We're asking for ONE '06 model. Just ONE. Unlike the '04-'05, that have SEVEN up there. If it were a TRUE "symbol of our community and group" and if truely "we are well represented by the above banner", than there would be atleast ONE '06 in the banner at the top of this forums page. Again, it's not like we're asking to have the traveling banner changed. That would be rediculous. We're asking for a simpl photo change in the banner at the top of this website. Seriously, is it really that much trouble?
