You sure you have the coolant overflow to the right port on the reservoir? When the system gets hot the coolant expands and pushes out to the reservoir, then when it cools the system creates a vacume and pulls the coolant back into the radiator. If the hose going to the overflow tank is hooked...

That's cold for oil temp, also I believe the stock thermostat is a 195 so 200 is not bad at all..

That oil psi is where it should be mine is the same pressure. Except at idle when warm..

Could have also been an air bubble in the pressure line, also if you turn the wheel while the engine is off fluid will overflow the reservoir.

Ok sorry I just took ofence to that statement, did not know you did not post it, as for the leak if it is the pump it's more then likely the front seal wich would require the front pulley to be removed anyway, try running the engine and have somebody turn the wheel and watch for a leak their is...

Take a damp rag large enough to cover the tail pipes and start the truck, then hold the rag against the pipes to plug them if there is a leak you will hear it, if not the back pressure will push the rag away.

Same thing happened to me, covered under extended warranty, funny thing is they had to order a second pump, they said the one that came in was broken out of the box!

It's not an industry standard to "flush" most manufactures won't warranty any components in a system that had a compressor failure unless items are replaced, such as the evap, cond, and accumulator/dryer. With that being said it's rare for a compressor to fail unless the system is in dire need...
