NA = Narturally Aspriated.
Sure a nitrous runs is not Naturally Aspriated All Motor and in no power adders but it is still naturally...
That's what they said.
I guess with the upper hole the axle force trying to rotate is the same, but it's trying to make the body lift more for a the same amount axle rotation.
On using a gap, I'd think the harder hit comes from the gap itself and allowing the truck to transfer weight more...
We had a guy build a set like that for his RC, He too had issues with it not transferring weight to the rear well and flat spinning through 1st gear. and he even had a weaker spinning setup and a flip kit.
like caltracs though it did virtually eliminate any nasty hop. and it did feel like it...
Yeah mine flat spins with preloaded caltracs, eliminates hop to a degree and makes it easier to do a burnout... but that's not the goal.
Basically it defeats weight transfer and just lifts the whole truck.
Word from Calvert is the less preload and or more gap the harder the hit.
My best times...
funny how different trucks might be different I was thinking make sure you do NOT preload the caltracs.
preload on mine leads to pure spin.
On and again. Congrats Fred. Winning the brackets. :rock:
No.. I powered back even more.
then at the same time..
Been a constant series of pinion bearing failures ever since I took her into Jason's shop.
