Nope my car has an AEM.

Everything else has power. Measuring voltage on the fuse connection for the fuel pump with a multimeter shows no voltage at that fuse. Last time it happened I suddenly got power to the fuel pump again and the truck started right up.

So if the position sensor is bad it won't send any power to the fuel pump? The power is cut off already at the fuse box? I'm thinking you are probably right, because the times I've gotten it started it has never cut off when running which it would do if there was a lose connection in the fuse...

I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump. I checked the fuse box and there is no power at the fuel pump fuse. It has happened before but fixed itself. I am guessing there is possibly a bad connection in the fuse box? Anyone else experienced anything similar?

I will try to get the car on eBay by tonight. Need to dive through old emails etc as it has been so long since engine was built I don't remember exactly all that was done.
