I just emailed David and advised him we have nailed down the 12th of April and asked when the money is due. I told him there are alot of folks excited about this GTG/event and that we appreciated his help.
 
APRIL 12th is confirmed and reserved!

Talked to David today and he penciled us in for April 12th and he will note it on their websites calendar and start working on an online flyer. He said to send the money whenever it is collected. No big hurry. I will PM EDDIE the address to mail the check to.

ill make this easy. everyone who is not on the list needs to be on there by lets say jan 31st at that time we will know for sure how much it will cost then we can start sending the money in. this is the last list.

Another idea is anyone who is not on the list after the deadline can still come and contribute the same amount of $$ that everyone else did. Then at the end of the night there can be a drawing for the money. :dontknow: I hate for some people not be able to come because they did not make the deadline.

Just a thought...

OOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWEEEEEEEEE! These grudge matches are going to be sweeeeeet!!!! My truck stock and will prolly stay hooked to the grill I am pulling so man I can't wait to see and hear some of these turbo and SC trucks give it hell!
 
would anyone have any objections to me bringing someone with me. this guy is the man who built the motor in my challenger. he runs a old 340 dart. if not ill call him. he is a big mopar fan. aint to many of us around.
also me and stinker talked earlier about getting a little fun tournament together. will be double elimination old school. whoever crosses the line first. KING OF THE HILL what we can do is try to put all the fi and slick guys together to start with but it will be anybodys race i imagine with traction being the major issue. this will be all in fun for braggin rights.
