Interest in a smaller/more affordable Procharger setup?

The only additional thing needed would be a tuner. I decided to stay local and buy a tuner from the person that is going to tune it.

Justins kit has everything needed and he fully customizes it to each persons wants and needs. We exchanged probably 30 pm's in the beginning, so he could build this kit exactly for what I wanted to achieve. Right down to the smallest details, brackets for the fuel regulator, specific colors for each component (some components I asked to have two different colors), etc.

I believe that this can be run on a stock bottom end, just have a competent tuner do the tuning. Then in the future when you build the engine all it takes is a pulley swap to build more power. Justin's fuel systems are good systems that can handle as much power as you could ever produce. There is no buying a kit now then replacing the components with better parts as you try to build more power. This kit is the best bang for the buck, it may cost a little more than some others in the beginning but is worth it in the end by a long shot.

lol ha ha ha wifey would have a word with if she knew lol ha ha dont blame ya LMBO.

Yeah he told me it could be done on a stock bottom end at low PSI and if i were to build then all i would need to do is change the pulley. Yeah seems like a very good product that i hope to have one day. And yeah thats cool that he customizes it to your needs and you liking:rock::rock:

how is the procharger install going? it will sound sweet!

Its going really good. This kit is very well put together. I just need to start working normal hours, like normal people so I can finish it.

How long will the cog belt last vs. The serpentine belt approx. and will the cog belts always be available in the future. Tyler can you email me some pics of your build.

I dont have many good pictures since the Procharger went on, I will try and get some today or tomorrow for you.

Ok i have a question and it may have been answered allready. So can i buy the small procharger set up and put it on my 100% stock engine with little problems blowing it up?
I just have to run smaller boost and a good tune and drive some what responsible?
So then what are the HP predictions on a all stock motor then with small procharger.
And do you Justin or anyone else think it's safe to run this set up? I don't need a 1000hp yet but if i can save money on forging until a later date and still get 700hp (guessing) I be fine with that. Until more money came around then forge then more boost.

100% absolutely just keep the boost down until you go forged..

Yes, no more concern than bolting on a paxton, you will have lower intake air temps than the paxton as well which will help to reduce the risk of detonation. HP is up to you, how much boost do you feel comfortable with and want to run, the desired boost is based on the customers specs.

700whp is not a problem at all, its as safe or safer than any other FI method on the market for these trucks to acheive 700whp on stock internals.

Feel free to email me at [email protected] or call me at 314-540-1541 if you have any other questions.

Thanks
Justin

Ah man Justin you totally got me confused (in a good way) I like the sound of this small procharger. But having a stong N/A truck has always been a goal too. Hmmmm gonna have some heavy thinking this winter. (hope i don't hurt mysel lol). I will be in contact some time in the future.

A smaller blower isn't always the answer Corey, you can use a bigger blow and less boost, which will make less heat and more power also, and alot less chance of belt slippage, then you are all ready for when you forge your engine and bump up boost!
( just to add to your confusion) lol
