Interest in a smaller/more affordable Procharger setup?

Paxton Supercharger

I got the paxton already and talking with a few people they say in stead of using the 2.85 pulley that come with kit i'm going to go with 2.4 pulley to up boost and put it around 13 to 14 lb range that i should put out around 700rwhp is that true? Engine(forged internals, stock cam, stock heads, bellanger lt headers, sct programmer. I'm trying to find out before i use the smaller pulley to up the boost.

If your forged and have a good tuner i'd be all over that pulley.

When I do my inframe I'll be installing my 7-9 lb pulley

Make darn sure you get dyno tuned getusum. Do not settle for a email tune.I hope you are dyno tuned right now. I hate seeing people with radical set ups w/o dyno tunes.

Tony has some 7" crank pullys that work better than trying to go smaller at the blower.
Smaller top pullys exagerate the propensity for belt slip.

Any updates on the smaller more affordable procharger? Do you have an updated price sheet and what do you charge to install.

When this comes out I will find the funds!!!

Finishing the wiring on the truck this week, should be running very soon, im anxious to see the results as well. This will be the wild side of the kit, have another truck planned to come in early next year for a milder setup.

Turns out it had stock injectors instead of the 65#ers that were supposed to be in from the last shop. Quick pull to 3300RPM made 200whp and wtq over baseline LOL. New injectors in route and then the real #'s.

looks killer. Whats the differnce in this set-up vs jacks cost wise and parts and power wise?

About $7000 complete kit with serpentine drive (blower setup, pulleys, air intake, intercooler setup, etc.), no fuel or tuning system. Add about $1000 for the cog drive setup (requires electric fan setup which is included in that price). Power we dont know 100% for certain yet. My educated guess is that below 1000whp this will be the best setup and 1000whp+ the F2 would shine. The F2 takes quite a bit more power to drive so at moderate boost (<15psi) it will likely make the same or more power with this blower. 20+ psi the f2 will really shine on a well built motor, it moves HUGE amounts of air. The serpentine vs. cog drive I will discuss with the customer based on their goals and application. The serpentine setup is NOT a shared drive, it will be a dedicated drive setup with its own tensioner. The big bonus to that is if you put this kit on a stock truck with the serpentine drive setup and decided to build the motor and turn it way up you would only have to buy the cog drive/fan setup as everything else would remain the same.

WOW!! Looks killer, that green really makes it pop out at ya! Two thumbs up again Justin!!

Thanks!!

Man that sounds sweet. Looks like imma have to start saving my pennies and stop blowing them.

Y into back of rails then both lines from the front of the rails to the regulator, then a return back to the tank.

now the question is how cheep can ya make it?
you really dont need a cooler for the low boost kit.
just a small blower, piping, and brackets.
