need help asap

Checked and found out that there is no rear o2 sensor hooked up and the plug melted due to the exhaust...

I have seen o2 wires shorting out and poping fuses so check your wiring harness and then recheck your harness

Just pull the engine and drop a carborated 440 in it. And send me your engine so I can see what a neon does with a viper engine in it.

as for codes if the cumputer has been unhooked all codes are lost do you have anything that will give you live data?

I agree with it NOT being the ECM and being a shorted sensor especially the
O2 sensors, but I can say that A crank and cam sensor can go out without throwing a code;) Can also say it won't just throw a code saying what's shorting your ECM fuse out. I would see what all sensors are on that particular plug of your ECM and locate and check those. Crank and cam sensors are cheap and easy to replace. But something shorting your ECM is likely an O2 or your simulator.:D

Yes>>> either crank or cam sensor can be bad and cause the asd relay problem.

Be careful not to start throwing money at it with this sensow and that sensor. Save yourself a headache and have a good shop or the dealer check it out. Might cost ya 90 bucks but it is better than replacing tons of small stuff that doesn't fix your problem. Diagnosing over a forum prolly isn't the best route with electrical issues. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will wanna know the outcome once u find the prob. I have done the parts replacement game with vehicles in the past. Just get it checked out, you won't regret it.

Ditto!!!!

This should help some

Dam Im having flashbacks with that diagram!!! :D

Maybe the relay was held closed (energized). When you pulled it it opened. Then because your missing other fuses the trigger to energize it is not present.

Yep!That what mine would do and then trip again once it started

Well after I replaced all the fuses, hit the go button and started right up... let it run for 10 seconds, turned it off.. checked everything, all good. Tried restarting and it took a bit due to all the fuel being in the cylinders but started and ran... let it get to operating temp and it sounds perfect and no blown fuses....

So now what ha. Tomorrow I am going to recheck all the wires and take it for a short drive. It was so nice to hear my baby run again :)

To everyone on this forum... I thank you for putting up with me and helping! If I can help anyone in the future please ask!

I know this problem isnt over yet but at least it is running and a blown motor is not the issue ;)

Well I currently am building a new set up , going with same size turbos that are in my sig pic which are 67mm. The guy I sold my old set up to texted me about a week ago and said he got 952 rwhp at 12psi but ran out of fuel around 4200 rpm. He's getting bigger injectors and fuel pumps so he won't run out of fuel. I was only pushing 10 psi and suposedly about 800rwhp.

Good to hear you're truck is running again. When you pulled the O2 relay, you may have removed or jarred lose a contact/short. You may want to consider replacing that relay or maybe not...

Not to bring up old topics, but I did find the issue. There is a short in the injector harness. I blew the fuse a couple more times and by following the wiring i have narrowed it to the fuel injector harness... now its about where in the harness it is :p
