NOS Nitrous Info Advice and Questions Answered here..Thread!

Didn't speak to dave but the guy there was pretty cool....Gonna sign up to their forum for in depth help...
Said that most cars Nitrous is around 45 psi.....If our trucks are more I would need to change the input nozzle sizes...
I guess that's what Stink is refering to for fuel management, by the way Tony what PSI is your Charger 8 running?

Not my post but im building a set up with lots of lines so I dont want to use steel braided and I wanna do it with hard lines, can I use brake lines?

Does anyone know what PSI out stock fuel system is?
Supposedly the SRT-8 cars use 45 and if our trucks out kigher I need new jets?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we are at 58 psi.

I have an additional in-tank fuel pump, and bigger injectors... but my fuel pressure stays around 62psi untill I go WOT and the RPMs climb. Then it drops to around 55-56psi at 5k RPM+.

Yup 60psi range...

BTW, its not a bad idea to dyno tune your nitrous set up if you plan to use it much. Of course it helps if you are using the VEC3 for windowing, timing and fuel management. Sometimes its hard to get an optimum 'safe' jet.

I pull timing and add fuel just before the nitrous window (3100-5500) as well post window through 6000rpms. Bottle pressure should be in the 900 range...

Run a cooler plug :D
