Actually, I dropped it on my toe Monday night. Cut my shoe, broke my toe, and just generally hurt. I have video too. lol

Thanks! I'd like to get more leg drive off the floor, but I honestly just don't have enough strength in the legs yet.

I compete on Saturday. It's 1400 or die trying.

What are your 3 #'s to get that total? Stay warm at the meet, dress accordingly to the weather/temp. Do not keep any extremities uncovered! Warm muscles are a lot more explosive than cold ones, and you won't take the chance of a cramp or a seize-up. TIGER BALM, TIGER BALM, TIGER BALM!!!!!!

My best gym numbers are 495s, 365b, 545d. I have a little left in the tank for the bench, it's my squat I'm worried about. The last time I was under 495 I went down and never came back up. I'm going to open with 455, 365, & 515.

Yes! You want the extra strength one (it's red), NOT the ultra strength. Ultra has too much menthol and creates a cooling feeling, the extra strength one just keeps your muscles really warm. Make sure you do not accidentally touch anything you do not want to feel like it is on fire... AKA, be careful going to the bathroom if it's still on your hands!!! :nurse: Get plenty on your entire back, pecs, and a bit on your hams.

If they could come up with a way to hook up exercise equipment to a generator it would solve the worlds energy problem.
