I don't have patience to read all the posts on this subject, BUT did anyone make this Viper Head out of vinyl so all you do is stick it over the old ram's head ?? If so, how does it look ?? thanks

Yellow Venom, those yellow fever trucks are sweeeet, i like my black but the yellow was just the right color

Put mine on too! Looks great!
The Rams head is actually on there with grommets and you can't get it off with just fishing line... I used fishing line to help get it loose and got through the adhesive but I had to get out the ol' pocket knife and really tore up that area behind the ram badge. Not to mention honking the horn a few dozen times. Just put a lil' dab of black silicone on there and it molded nicely and fit flush.
