Best intentions of all who are trying to get more members in their area to sign while it's there but, maybe when you get it you need to set a 48 - 72 hour time limit for those folks to show up, weather permitting or if a weekend if fast approaching some extra time can be allocated. If they can't make it then it's time to move it down the line so it can make the rounds before 2525.

Here in Western Co, Mac and I made it a point to get together and sign ASAP. I know the Phoenix guys went out of their way to get it singed by anyone willing to make an effort, then got it sent off. In the future, if you receive the banner, I recommend calling everyone who you think might want to sign it, and tell them they have 48 hours before you are shipping it off.

If that is going to be a decent turn out (more than 1 or 2 guys) then it is a non-issue to keep it for a couple of extra days to get more signatures on it. IMHO.
