sunday is great but i say we all meet up on saturday and go out that night then the track the next day

Jan 19 - Initial Meet up, if you can.. maybe goto a nice place have a steak meal..etc.. whatever.

Jan 20 - Track Day.

Any hotels close to this place? I know Mikey offered me some straw and newspaper in his basement but it had that Silence of the Lambs feeling to it.

It rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again.... ;)

Yea.. there is a whole bunch of them about 5-7 miles away... the dragstrip is out a town a aways...

Done date is set for the 19th and 20th so clear the calendar for that weekend people:burnout: This is supposed to be the regional GTG:rock: There are a lot of people that have not put themselves on the list yet.:dontknow:

I will start working with the tracks management to get the date secured with them for a ALL MOPAR day hosted by VTCOA.

There will be some upfront financial comittment to get the track secured.

Lets see if we can get some sponsors for the event as well.

I will make calls to Monster, and DC Performance.

Can others make some calls for sponsors, etc..
 
Just got back home. Thanks Scott for taking care of it. I have a feeling you have a lot of experience with this type of stuff.:rock: The 19/20 of Jan works for me as well. I can go talk to Dan at DC tomorrow about a possible sponsorship. One of you AZ guys should start a new thread with the time date and place for this event. I can design a flyer and bring it to Whitesnake for printing. We will need all our ducks lined up in a row before printing the flyers. Maybe more members can try to get a few more sponsors.

Also 1 local guy should be in charge of the event. Scott I would put you down for my first choice if your OK with it. I can help coordinate the event with you or whoever will be in charge of the event.

Senator when will the house decide on the chairman? Also who are the lobbyists that will be attending? Will there be a foreign commitee present or will we be all "In House"?
