I had personalized plates 2 years ago, a month after I got them i recieved a letter stating I cant have them because the 0 and O in my state are the same and they are not distinguishable.

THIS! I just read 9 pages and am completely suprised it took so long for this to be mentioned! This is exactly true! The regular cab should not do any type of heavy towing! It doesnt matter if you have 15" brakes or 500hp etc etc. It's a suspension, drivetrain, short wheelbase issue!! A...
