I took a settlement and kept the truck. I didn't take the full settlement I was offered. I didn't buy it back from the salvage or from the insurance company. I kept the title, it never left my name, no less left my shop. So yes, It still has a clean title.

According to my body guy, it can be fixed. with a little time on the frame straightener. At least to get my buy back which was more than 5K. If there is no interest or reasonable offer, I just squarrel it away in the back of the shop for a future project.
