If u get enough guys, you should rent it for the day. He's probably gonna need more than 3 pulls per car. When he did our three trucks, he did more than 3 pulls on Wes's truck. And his was the easiest out of the three of us.
 
i guess the deciding factor in the dyno would be how many torrie would be able to get done in that amount of time, most of us are just bolt on trucks. I think ironhead and faslane are the only head/cam trucks that would be there?
 
& if for whatever might arise, does the $1,000 cover Sunday also???

sounds to me the day rental is probably the way to go. how long does it take to tune a bolt on truck, includin gettin her on the dyno???

Time varies but I can make the most of the time given against the truck count and make sure everything is setup the way I want. I am not worried about that.


So is the 16th of October the exact target date for me to do the majority of the trucks ?

Ok we can make that the target then. Ill be in town for days so I can meet up with others that cant make that date if needed.


I am in negotiations with another dyno shop that is $900 for an 8 hour day on the 16th plus $125 for an additional hour if needed.

sounds good to me ,,just need to get all interested on board and agree to do this ,,we cant have half the people back out at last min .then the few that show have to pay up for dyno rental ,,any saturday or sunday works for me ,:rock:i also think we should consider collecting for dyno payment ahead of time so there are no surprises at last min.

I had a vivd dream last night that #1900 was up and running strong again. And why shouldn't she? It's just a tranny. :dontknow: Hopefully the dream is a sign that she will actually make it for this event.

ok you all can see Torrie has a place he is good with ,,,so its time to start collecting the cash ,,Torrie you want to collect it since you got the dyno outfits info and stuff ,,

so according to this list we will have 7 to 8 tunes .,,,i think if some others come up and do only a dyno run they should not have to pay as much ,since the tune guys will take more time on it ,,Just my idea ,,majority rules :hmmmm: SO i would just throw out there that dyno onlys ,only pay $50 for three pulls that will be split between the tune guys ,,,so if the tunes guys put the cash up now then get some cash back at day of dyno if dyno only guy shows up :hmmmm:

I think if we get enough people to where its under $100 per person for the whole day, then i think it's a bargin. If not, then i'm leaning towards paying for my own pulls at $50 for 3 pulls and any additional pulls as needed (I know it will probably take more than three pulls for a tune). Also, what's the name of the place?
 
The location works by the hour $ 125 each, or 8 hours $900.


If we have 8 people locked in which gives me an hour per vehicle so I can do my job right that would be about perfect in my mind. We can go beyond the 8 hours for an additional $125 if needed. There isn't a provision here for just 3 pulls for $50 at this location.

looks like just dyno guy is out ,,,i need a tune ,,,so im good with that ,,now we need confirmation from all partys asap
I need this tune so no matter what im down weather its a group thing or just me lol ,,ill do it by the hour if need be
