Blackviper Engine Build

for all of you refering to a stud girdle they have them and jack has them in both of his trucks

Can you start a thread and post some pics? It's not too late for me to give this some consideration.

Here are some pics of the black ceramic coated bassani's with the wideband bungs installed on the first, middle and last cylinders. The install should start next week.

Alright! My mouth is starting to get a little dry, and I feel a twitch in the corner of my eye...this should be a great build...we have three or four underway...this could be an awesome spring with new thunder on the roads!

The multiple bungs are to tune the each cylinder individually.

The bungs are located on the critical cylinders and the remaing ones can be averaged.

The bungs were placed on the critical cylinders, the rest can be averaged.

Well finally got the cylinder head flow numbers and I'm quite pleased. The following numbers are with 2.055 intake valves and 1.60 exhaust. I will post the production head's numbers from the same flow bench tomorrow for comparison.

Lift int.(cfm) exh.(cfm)

.100 67.8- 53.3
.200 123.2- 111.5
.300 182.8- 149.8
.400 237.8- 187.4
.500 278.2- 200.1
.600 303.4- 203.7
.700 316.5- 205.3

Stricker's or stockers??????

These are ported factory heads with 2.055 intake and 1.60 exhuast valves. They flow about 20 cfm less throughout the lift spectrum than the strikers. I want to post the production head's flow numbers from the same flow bench for comparison. Like this we can compare apples to apples. I don't believe no two flow benches are alike.

just like dynos

still very good numbers
