I'm pretty sure I won't be able to be there by 10am. How late is this thing expected to go?

It's expected to go on for quite a while. Surely it wouldn't be nearly over until you have had your fill. Four hours of driving is quite a bit.

12 noon sounds good. Actually meeting at 11 to get last minute supplies sounds good too. I guess we can make it to the park at 12.

i feel after we hook up get last min things we will be there right before 12 but there is no rush unless someone wants to go find a spot and wait till the troops arrive i am sure we all wont get there at the same time

i will try to nab a spot ,,,im going to cruz through on friday to see were we might be able to line up the sleds with a grill close by if i can

so we are meeting at noon? anthony.....can we meetup early and ill follow youy over there?

YES Josh... Noon looks like a good time.. ACTUALLY 11 am. We are going to meet up with Robert, a buddy of mine with a red RC that isn't a member here yet. Also, Tre (silverqc) should be meeting with us as well. I was thinking of waking up early to get a head start on cleaning up the chariot. In that way if we need to run to the store for anything we will have plenty of time.

Ironhead my cell number is 832-217-0562. Wherever you determine is a prime spot give me a shout once you make it there Saturday so we will know how to get to ground zero.

I already know Ironhead is bringing burgers. Are you bringing buns and charcoal? I think I have a bag of Kingsford charcoal that I will tote along just in case. I recall saying that I will bring brats and hot dogs with buns and the specially requested Mango salsa. I will also make up a toppings tray for the burgers. zman will likely bring drinks. I told Robert to pick up some chips and cookies and he concurred. That leaves paper plates, cups and napkins as one bulk item and condiments.. (ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish) as the other bulk item. We should have liftoff after these items are accounted for. If I missed anything please feel free to add.

Blaine? Were you going to show? I believe BigRed460 will also be in attendance. BigIke will be there from 10 minutes out and ILoveThisTruck will hopefully make it in from four hours out…. Potentially 9 trucks thus far (if Blaine makes it). If anyone will be bringing a guest let me know soon so that I can accommodate them with grub as well. We definitely need a ball park figure of attendees.

We need a lot of crossed fingers to hope for a gorgeous day.:D
