is there really any real benifit of using underdrive pullys?....in my head i could see a small gain cause your having less to turn......an what about electrical water pumps? im thinking about doing both do you think that'd id see a big enuff gain to even think about doing theses mods?

Well I talked to David today, and he was gonna check on them(rather than Oliver) to try to get the price down for me. Just wanted to make sure they werent junk:D

Honestly he should know, they were in my engine, and it made 1000+hp;)
 
I think my truck is running realy rich. I had moved it out of the shop to do some cleaning, then backed it back in the shop last nite. In the short amount of time it took to back in the entire shop smelled like rich exaust. Im not shure how long it has been this rich, because I normaly just pull it in. I dont have an a/f guage. I have an xmetal tb volant cai, xmetal catless mids and flowmasters. Would any or all of this cause it to run rich. I just wanna make sure its not gonna hurt any thing. Also sometime I get a gheck engine light, maybe 3 times last year, but it goes off before I get anywhere to check it. Do you think it could be an o2 sensor?

No.......... The smell is because you have catless mids.

On my AFR it runs between 14.5 and 15.2 at idle. Not rich at all but still smells like a gas station. The engines just use a lot of gas and with out cats you get the benefit of smelling it:)

it has to be the catless mids your smelling, mine was catless did the same thing and it was tuned.

Paxton or Roe, dyno tuned. My QC with longtube headers, catless mids, magnaflow was a little over 650rwhp on 93 octane. I think you need a smaller pulley on the Roe to get the same numbers.

Same as the above answers...you are catless....but it was probably more noticable because the engine was cold both times...cold engine runs richer than when hot..
 
Well thanks guys I guess I just never noticed it was that rich, cause now it's cold and I backed it in. Also noticed it a little more with the cutouts open, but figured that was to be expected.

SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES ?

What are the best after market spark plugs , for the viper ram? also wires ? AND $$$$$ ?...................THANK YOU :D
