For clarifacation:

I will bring:
10 - 15 chairs
Smallish table, 4X4 or so.

We might bring:
My wife might bring a BBQ grill. If someone else is bringing a grill I won't get her fired up on it, she does seem excited about it so may buy one anyway to bring. If she gets the grill she will bring some meat. I am not sure what and not going to step on her parade so this is all up in the air.

uniboy , thanks for trying but your speaking a foreign language . I feel so stupid . I was bringing 5 chairs , cooler with sodas and munchies , a giant pool umbrella , a good attitude and unrealistic expectations ! haha . Definately racing .with only 150 racers allowed is it crucial that i show up at 4 when the gates open ya think or 5:30 - 6 is fine ? i would be butt hurt if i wasnt able to race ...

I wish I knew the answer to that. This is the first time they are doing this so it is really hard to tell.
I guess we will figure it out later in the week what time we should go.
