Nitrous Jacket.......? ? ?

Was talking to a friend, who is the tech guy at Barona drag strip and he said at the barona track anyone that runs Nitrous also needs a racing jacket, certified to SFI 3.2A/1 or better.

I don't know if this is true at Fontana also.

For the guys that are racing it might be better to get there as close to 4 AM as possible. Nowwhat and I will probably be there around 4:15. For the other people not racing you could go anytime. Just in case they don't let you in the pit area just let them no you have tools or parts for someone that is racing.

has anyone participated in the ongoing debate on wether or not our trucks are quicker without the tonneau on the back ? I am a firm believer that they ARE quicker without the tonneau and think i am going to race it both ways this weekend ... seems like we should have some sort of side bets going if it is quicker or not . So many people on here have strong opinions that its not quicker , i am going to prove them wrong this weekend !

For the record: The record was set with the tail-gate up, no tonneau, and a wing in place! He never got out of fifth......:star: :dancing:
