ROE RACING SUPERCHARGER #2

The supercharger... If you skip up past all the posts about CAPS, thats what this thread was about lol...

I made an offer, we agreed on a price, and I was waiting to see a few more pics and if everything looked good it was gonna be a done deal, but in the meantime someone on ebay made a better offer :(

I dont mean that to sound derogatory in any way towards 1FSTSRT, or make it seem like it was bad business on his part... It was a legit deal and I dont blame him lol. I just shoulda been a lil bit quicker to shell out the $$$$ :motz:
 
Oh ok I got you, shit i forgot he put it on ebay also...I thought yalls deal was a done deal.....Well there will be others bro....but you could always bid higher!
 
Yea I kinda forgot too. I think he mentioned it in the first thread but im not sure if it was in this one, I didnt go back and look....

I kinda thought it was a done deal too but I guess not, I probably should have asked him to take it off ebay when I talked to him but I didnt even think of it. So its just as much my mistake. And I am very tempted to match the offer hes got but it sounds like he is already somewhat committed to the other buyer. Ive been looking for one of these SC for awhile, theyre few and far between and dont have the disposable income necessary to buy a new one so unless this deal falls thru I will just have to keep looking...

Ahhhhhhh, as mentioned above, there's no bids on Ebay for that item. Did you actually look at the auction or is he telling you that someone bid higher. When in reality someone here may have offered him more money and he's going back on ya'lls deal. Unless Ebay has a new way of doing things, this smells like bad business.

Im not upset, just kinda bummed I ended up bein the guy with the smaller bankroll...

Yes, I am aware of the fact that there are no bids on ebay. I was told that other arrangements had been made outside of ebay but that was where the new deal originated...

And yea, it kinda does look like bad business, but i dont think thats what went down. We had a deal, but it wasnt completely finalized, and I forgot to ask him to take it off ebay while I was waiting for pics. That was my mistake :stupid: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Jeremy seems like a good guy and I did not intend to start any sort of ill-fated discussion on here about him. I probably shouldnt have mentioned it at all.

I guess this other deal is supposed to go down in the near future, and I was told its mine if the guy backs out.

Im keeping my fingers crossed, but im not going to get my hopes up again...

So with all that being said, I know I dont post alot on here, but i am on the forum daily and do alot of reading, and I do appreciate everyones input! :D


PS: If anyone else has a ROE SC for sale at a reasonable price let me know haha
 
a deals a deal, I have gotten into many "verbal" agreements that I spoke and inserted foot into ass before I thought, but still held true to them;)

Maybe i'm an old fashioned country guy, but someone comming along later with more money after a "deal" has been struck allways happens, but you should allways honor your deal, good or bad.;)

but I do know of a paxton kit at a very reasonable price:D
