Update: Got word today that A&C will be able to modify the ARH Racing headers to work. The complete fuel system, lines pumps, throttle cable, oil lines to oil cooler, rear battery cable lines all installed. About all that is left is fitting the headers, making a full 3.5" stainless true dual exhaust with an x-pipe and twin Borla Race mufflers. I had 15" twin Borlas before and we will be installing twin 24" so it may be a little quieter, but then again 862 horsepower may sound a little healthier than 500

We are getting close, I will be going down to A&C early next week if any of you guys want to meet there, we can get some lunch too!

I sent some more pictures to Brad, so hopefully they will be up soon. Shows fuel system, battery cables, fuel regulator, throttle cable, oil lines, etc.

Looking at the Borla catalog, I think the mufflers I had were the Sportsman 3" 15x5 race muffler, series XR-1. I will be going with either the 16x6.25 or the 24x6.25 Multicore 3.5" round. I need to sound pure stock for the Lightning boys I'm sure they won't be able to tell anything has been done to the truck........just grampa in his heavy ole Dodge.:rock::burnout:

Just talked to A&C. The passenger side header is in! It will take a little more work to fit the drivers side.

Update: Headers are modified and installed, entire exhaust system being fabricated: 3.5 inch all the way, true dual, equal length to the mufflers, x-pipe, catless, twin Borla XR1's 3.5 in, oval Sportsman 16" mufflers. Hopefully quad tips (2 on each side, balanced) for that true dual exhaust look from the rear. Also custom Aluminum Twin inlet air intake with Ram Air from the middle lower Passenger side grill opening (where I had it before with the Volant air box). Hopefully tuning in about 2 weeks. SRTBrad has a couple of photos to post up soon of the headers and the engine top without all the masking tape.

Update: because of space limitations and the size of the 3.5" stainless exhaust it will not have an X-pipe nor will it be equal length all the way back. Because of the tubing, the size of the tubing and the Carbon Fiber driveshaft diameter we can't do an x-pipe. The system will be free flowing, no crimps, and exit out both sides in the back with dual tips on each side. Took a couple of shots from the collector back to the twin Borla Mufflers. SRTBrad should post in a few days after he finishes a very hard remodel. He's been super busy.
