its amazin to me how the old school stuff saves the day in this "high tech" world.

that is just almost the exact same set up that Cummins used for years on their 855 engines. external suction line from oil pan to suction side of oil pump. oil pump is gear driven & pressure goes to an oil passage cast in the block is the differences.

Is that oil pump going to clear the cross member in the truck? Nice numbers, did the truck get finished?

Truck delivered to A&C Performance today. I asked about the oil pump and cross member and they said it will be no problem, as the cross member is more under the pan than the front of the engine.
 
Update: The engine, transmission and drive line are installed. There is an issue with the one of a kind ARH Headers, simply not enough clearance. The headers will have to be highly modified or we may have to have a custom set built on the truck. Todd at A&C knows a premier header builder for Vipers in San Diego and we may end up going to him. I will have Brad post photos as soon as I get some.
